Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gogoslwane.com (the "Site"), including browsing content, creating an account, purchasing tickets or merchandise, and participating in livestreams. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Talent Faktory Entertainment on behalf of Gogo & Slwane ("we", "us", "our"), Eswatini's comedy duo. For any questions about these Terms, see Contact Us below.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Creating an account (via email/password or Google sign-in) is optional for guest ticket and merch purchases, but required to view your order history on the Account page. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Tickets are issued for the specific event, date, and ticket type shown at checkout. Your digital ticket (accessed via a unique link and QR code) is proof of purchase — keep your access link and reference code private and do not resell or publicly redistribute it. We are not responsible for tickets lost due to a shared or leaked access link.

Event details (date, time, venue, doors, age limit) are set by us and may change. Where we cancel or materially reschedule an event, we will follow the refund process described in Refunds & Cancellations. Venue-specific entry conditions (bag checks, age restrictions, house rules) are set by the venue and apply in addition to these Terms.

Product photos, sizing, and stock availability are shown at the time of ordering and may change without notice. Prices are shown in Eswatini Lilangeni (E), at parity with South African Rand (R). We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before an order is fulfilled and to limit order quantities.

Delivery timelines communicated at checkout or on your order confirmation are estimates, not guarantees. Please double-check your delivery details before submitting an order — we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or contact information.

Paid tickets and merchandise are processed through a supported mobile money provider. Online checkout may not always be available (for example, while we are onboarding a payment partner) — where this is the case, the Site will clearly show a "Coming Soon" notice instead of accepting payment. We do not store your full mobile money credentials; payment authorization is handled by our payment partner.

Except where required by applicable consumer protection law, ticket and merchandise sales are final. The following are the exceptions where a refund or exchange applies:

• An event is cancelled outright by us — affected ticket holders are refunded in full.
• An event is materially rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date — contact us for a refund within the window stated in the cancellation notice.
• Merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

When we go live, chat comments and likes are visible to everyone watching and may be moderated or removed at our discretion. Do not use livestream chat to harass, threaten, spam, impersonate others, or share content that is unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit. We may mute, remove comments from, or block any viewer who violates this section.

All content on the Site — videos, photos, graphics, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Talent Faktory Entertainment / Gogo & Slwane and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. sharing a link on social media). Any other use — reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use — requires our prior written permission. Media and promoters should use the assets provided on the Press Kit page, which are cleared for press use.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.
• Circumvent ticket purchase limits or resell tickets for profit without authorization.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant ticket or merchandise order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Eswatini.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
