Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Talent Faktory Entertainment, operating on behalf of Gogo & Slwane ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use gogoslwane.com (the "Site"). It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

We collect information you give us directly:

• Account details — name, surname, email, and phone if you create an account (email/password or Google sign-in). Passwords are stored hashed; we never see or store your Google password.
• Ticket & merch order details — buyer name, email, phone, and order contents when you buy a ticket or merchandise, whether or not you have an account.
• Payment details — the mobile money number you provide at checkout. Full payment authorization is handled by our mobile money payment partner; we do not store full payment credentials.
• Livestream interactions — chat comments and likes you post during a livestream, which are visible to other viewers. To show an accurate viewer count we generate a random identifier stored in your browser (not your IP address or precise identity) the first time you watch a stream.
• Inquiry forms — details you submit through the booking/corporate inquiry form, or the ticket lookup form.
• Newsletter opt-in — your email address, if you sign up for updates.

We use the information above to:

• Create and issue your tickets, and fulfill merch orders.
• Let you sign in and view your order history on the Account page.
• Respond to booking, press, and support inquiries.
• Send service communications (e.g. order confirmations).
• Send you updates you've opted into, if any.
• Keep the Site secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Comply with legal and accounting obligations.

When you sign in, we set a session cookie that keeps you logged in for up to 7 days (refreshed while you're active). This cookie is functional only — it identifies your session, not for advertising or cross-site tracking. We don't currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Site, and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service:

• Our database and hosting infrastructure, to store your account, order, and ticket records securely.
• Our media hosting provider, which stores gallery, merch, and video assets.
• Our livestreaming infrastructure provider, which powers video/audio delivery and live chat.
• Our mobile money payment partner, to authorize and process payments.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Gogo & Slwane, our users, or the public.

We keep account, order, and ticket records for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed to meet accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution obligations. You can request deletion of your account data at any time — see Your Rights & Choices.

You can:

• View and update your account details on the Account page.
• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information.
• Opt out of newsletter/marketing emails at any time.

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in Contact Us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — including hashed passwords and access to personal data limited to staff who need it to do their job (for example, fulfilling an order). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Our hosting and service providers may store or process data on servers located outside the Kingdom of Eswatini. Where this happens, we rely on our providers' own security and contractual safeguards to protect your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
